Lam Ching-Ying 林正英 - actor - action director - director Born in Hong Kong in 1952, Lam Ching-Ying 林正英 studied Beijing Opera 京劇 during his childhood at the Spring and Autumn Drama School 春秋戲劇學校 under famed teacher Madame Fan Fok-Fah 粉菊花, alongside other Hong Kong movie legends such as Stephen Tung Wai 董瑋, Mang Hoi 孟海, Hsiao Hou 小侯, and many more. Lam Ching-Ying specialized in female roles and often performed stunt-doubling for actresses, then he joined the film industry and had the opportunity to work in several Bruce Lee movies as a stuntman, actor, and assistant choreographer. During the 80s, he became an important member of Sammo Hung's stunt team 洪家班 and often worked with Jackie Chan 成龍 and Yuen Biao 元彪 as well.
