Authentic Kerala Dishes with my personal Touch 😍 Ingredients Pappadam-10 White Rice-1 cup Water-1/2 cup 3 tbsp Salt Dry red chilli-6 Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder-2 pinch Asafoetida Powder-1/4 tsp Sesame seeds-1/2 tsp Oil- for frying Method Soak Rice for 1 hour . Soak chilli also.. Then wash well and drain In a jar add rice along with soaked chilli and grind to fine paste by adding water . Then to the batter add all other powders sesame seeds and salt.. Mix well Allow the pappad to stay in the sun for one to two hours to make to the pappad bit hard.. Heat oil .. dip each pappad in the batter and deep fry both sides until crisp .. So the tasty pappadavada is ready to serve
