Liftmaster Screw Drive Coupler fix / Garage door does not lift or close or makes terrible noise FIX

So after 10+ years of use the Liftmaster Screw Drive Garage Door stopped working correctly. For me the first sign was a terrible noise (gear grinding noise) when ever i opened and closed the garage door, it was on and off at first. Ideally fix this right away, since the more you wait the greater the chances of the open / close setting to be off. Fixing it is not hard, but just time consuming. To re-set the open / close setting on this garage door opener, you will turn the dials on side of the unit (shown briefly at the end of the video). Remember to look at the diagram, since to increase down travel it is counter clockwise, and the increase up travel it is clockwise. vise versa for reverse.
