How I use a stick to brush my teeth | Homemade toothpaste | Miswak | Minimalism
Warriors, Many years ago, I ditched the conventional toothbrush and the classic Colgate toothpaste, when I realised how these were nothing but toxic for us. I then found a beautiful, natural and simple alternative: A stick from a tree (Also known as a Miswak in certain countries). I go through how I actually use one and I also show how I make my own toothpaste at home with ingredients from the kitchen. I have not gone to the dentist in 15 years, no cavities, no yellowing of my teeth- and my teeth are still naturally white and straight due to switching to the "stick" brush and other factors such as eating a healthy diet.
