OK, so this is now tied with the Gator burgers as my favorite way to eat gator meat!!! Oh my goodness!!! this was so good! I expected it to me much more chewy and not nearly as good! The gator was amazing, the butternut squash was spot on and the cabbage was absolutely ideal! this was a dinner I was proud to put my name on!!!
