The Mamores: Mullach Nan Coirian and Stob Ban

This is one of my favourite mountain ranges in Britain, The Mamores. This collection of Munros, rising from Glen Nevis, are amongst the most accessible and stunning in Britain. Ridges running into Glen Nevis and near Kinlochleven, make them approachable from both sides. The Munros can be done individually, in pairs like this walk or as whole rounds, such as The Ring of Steall. I had done Stob Ban a few times before and Mullach Nan Coirean once but the old Bamboo needed both to add to his collection. Going from Glen Nevis, such as we did, makes for a great walk. I can't recommend it enough, even when it's clagged in like on the day we had. Apologies towards the end of the walk, when once again, I had used a duff battery in my Gopro. Hopefully it won't spoil your viewing too much. Enjoy the walk and stay safe on the hills. Dave B
