We also had the opportunity to taste fresh cacao straight from the tree for the first time. A unique experience that allowed us to discover the incredible flavor of this fruit before it becomes chocolate! And, of course, we couldn't miss the traditional cuisine. We enjoyed a delicious maito de pescado, one of the most representative dishes of the Ecuadorian Amazon, prepared in the traditional way and wrapped in leaves, highlighting the authentic flavors of the rainforest.
