Watch it here:    • APRIAMO GLI SQUISHY RAVIOLI!🥟 Uno è D'ORO!...   🍰 THE RECIPE (for parents) — Extra-tall chiffon cake (24 cm / 9.5 inch pan, serves 8) Ingredients: 285 g (2¼ cups) all-purpose flour · 250 g (1¼ cups) sugar · 6 large eggs · 200 ml (¾ cup + 1 tbsp) water · 120 ml (½ cup) vegetable oil · 1 tsp cream of tartar · 16 g (4 tsp) vanilla baking powder · 1 pinch of salt. The 3 BOWLS (the chiffon method — easy and perfect for kids): 1️⃣ WHITES → whip the 6 egg whites with the cream of tartar until VERY stiff. 2️⃣ DRY → sift the flour and baking powder together with the sugar and salt. 3️⃣ WET → whisk the 6 yolks with the oil and water. ➡️ Bake: 160°C / 325°F (conventional oven) for ~1 hour; cool the cake UPSIDE DOWN for 4 hours. Frosting (buttercream): 100 g cold butter + 100 g powdered sugar + 1 tsp gel food coloring.
