Lang Lang gives masterclass for students at the Central Conservatory in Beijing (German subtitles)

Lang Lang is giving masterclasses for the students at the prestigious Central Conservatoire in Beijing where he started his professional studies himself. He started playing the piano aged three and gave his first public recital before the age of five. Lang Lang entered Beijing’s Central Music Conservatory aged nine and won First Prize at the International Tchaikovsky Competition for Young Musicians at 13. Lang Lang views himself as a mediator between cultures away from concert stages. To him, his success and his exceptional talent are also an obligation. Lang Lang focuses his attention, especially on children. His history corresponds with the dreams of 38 million Chinese children learning to play the piano.
