Wanting to fully enjoy a hot spring even on a day trip, I went to Kobo no Yu Nagaoka in Izunagaoka, Shizuoka Prefecture. After a full day of soaking in the radon hot springs and bedrock baths at this day spa, I feel like my health has improved dramatically. The bedrock bath features rocks from Bad Gastein. The stone therapy room is perfect for a break. I could really feel the hotel staff's hard work and dedication in coming up with all sorts of ideas. But what surprised me the most was the Japanese lunch set. It was an absolutely luxurious menu, and it was delicious too. With souvenirs at reasonable prices, this is a day spa that I can truly recommend. You can even visit here for regular hot spring therapy. Please take a look.
