INFINITE damage scaling with ONE perk! One shotting EVERYTHING! Raiders of Blackveil

In this video I will be trying out the new patch for Raiders of Blackveil and well infinite damage scaling has been achieved! This build will allow you to clear super easily and go super far on your runs. The best part is it really only needs 1 perk to get going and then just stacking dodge chance that's it. Most the time you can have it set up by loop 1 which is absolutely insane to think about and then you can one shot everything in the game from that point. There are some perks that I took that I would recommend staying away from and one of them being punch on heal as you lose your invis more times then not putting you in severe danger. The other thing to note is dodge is currently bugged and is all over the place. The old cap was 70% dodge chance but now you can get 100% but it can then go to like 34%.
