Subscribe http://bit.ly/InaParisVintage The Bell and Her Tramps | ORTF | 03/07/1972 Robert Bober meets with the homeless of Paris and explores the reasons that led these men and women to live on the streets. Whether they are sheltering in cafes, abandoned cars, the metro, or hostels, they all recount the loss of their families or jobs. Then there's the inability to pay rent, the temptation of alcohol, marital problems, prostitution, loneliness, and abandonment. Some let themselves be "picked up by the police" to be able to sleep and eat in safety, while others prefer to stay outside. But they all share their despair, the only real reason that led them to the streets. **** Information about comments ***** On YouTube channels, you are free to give your opinion, even if it is critical.
