Honda CRF250X Fuel MPG Test | My First Ride Back After Tearing my Knee..

Running the fuel tank from 1 gallon to EMPTY to estimate my 250x's maximum fuel range. In this video, I am headed out for my first ride since tearing my Patella Tendon 50% about 1 month ago. It has been a tough few weeks, but I have shockingly been given the 'all clear' to begin activity with my bad leg! In preparation for some rides I am hoping to take in September, I am beginning the process of making more serious upgrades to the CRF250x. One of which is installing the Lectron Fuel Systems Smart Carb that Lectron was generous enough to send my way. This new carb ought to improve my fuel mileage as well as improve the power output of the bike. I'm very excited to test & compare the fuel range between the OEM carb alongside the Lectron and see the results. During this experiment I'll also discuss some of the things that have been going in this month that I have been off the bike.. Having an idea of the 250X's fuel range is a major first step in mentally prepping for taking the bike on a serious adventure and the results from the first half of this experiment shocked me!
