Limits on AirBnBs in Watkins Glen, NY? I Explain the Rules!

So many people come to Seneca Lake as tourists, fall in love with the wineries, the landscape, the lake, the waterfalls... that they decide to purchase property here, making this area a highly treasured area in which to acquire real estate. The Village of Watkins Glen on the southern tip of the lake is where a lot of the action is... so people look to snag a house there and set it up as an AirBnB... but there are limits in place. This video explains those limitations and I also add some logical workarounds.
