Throughout his career, the Dutch producer and composer has worked under project names such as Benicio, Rank 1, Kamaya Painters, Jonah, Control Freaks, The Quest and Dutch Force. In 1999, he released the track "Deadline" under the Dutch Force alias. On the flip side of the vinyl was "Till Midnight". To this day, it remains the only official Dutch Force release. For this week’s vlog, I asked Benno to share the story behind "Deadline" and explain how this trance classic came to life.
