Brivido sul passo Vrsic

This weekend we traveled across the Vrsic Pass (Moistrocca) in Slovenia, passing through Sella Nevea, a small ski resort in upper Friuli that's worth a visit in any season. We reached Lake Predil, another gem nestled in the Carnic Alps, where we took a short break in the village of Cave di Predil, where the local Krampus group was raising funds through Onti sandwiches, so we actively participated in the event. Once we set off again, with heartbeats in tears, we made a much-needed stop at the Fusine Lakes. After spending the night in Kranjska Gora, we crossed the Vrsic Pass early in the morning, enjoying a beautiful snowy panorama, before descending along the Soča valleys, which, through Kobarid, brought us back to Italy.
