Today I show you how to prepare a creamy, smooth, and delicious cheese flan, with a perfect texture that melts in your mouth. After several baking tests and changes in quantities, I found the ideal recipe: easy, balanced, and with that cheesecake touch that makes it irresistible. We prepare a homemade caramel, mix all the ingredients at room temperature to avoid lumps, and bake it in a bain-marie (water bath) to achieve that light and silky finish that characterizes it. You can make it in individual molds or in a large flan mold, it turns out just as delicious!
