DongCheng molding workshop

Here is DongCheng molding workshop. There are more than 100 workers in the molding department. There are 98 sets of mold manufacturing equipment. and annual output is 600 units. In the coming 5 years, we are going to establish an intelligent mold manufacturing center. At that time, the annual output will be 1000 units. At present, DongCheng has a strong mold R&D team with more than 20 senior engineers. During designing, we organize various meetings to appraise the feasibility with Design for Manufacturability (DFM ) report, by moldflow analysis and simulation movement. Through continuous verification, we design a reasonable mold structure to reduce the manufacturing cost, extend the mold service life and improve the production efficiency of injection molding.
