The Sanatorium du Basil was built in 1903 at altitude of 400 meter to treat patients with tuberculosis and later with mental issues. It served varoius healthcare functions, but since 2013 it has been abandoned. The new owner is planning to renovate and transform it to a hotel. Currently the building is empty, furniture and windows were removed.
