A powerful artifact that belonged to a legendary mage who gave her own life channeling all of her power through the wand to defeat the dark one. She was victorious, but her life was extinguished in the effort and the wand was shattered. Using long-forgotten arcane rights, the War Mage has reformed the wand that was once broken to find that it still retains echoes of the power its former master wielded.
