Watch artist-instructor Kenny Pieper demonstrate for his glassblowing class at The Studio. Pieper will focus on both traditional and nontraditional glassblowing techniques. Pieper devotes his expertise to the tradition of Italian glass. Kenny Pieper devotes his expertise to the tradition of Italian glass. Pieper began his work at Penland School of Crafts and returned there after receiving his BFA from California College of Art and Design and working 16 years in the San Francisco Bay area. His focus is glass vessels and sculpture and his work has been exhibited in The Corning Museum of Glass, Ashville Art Museum, New Orleans Museum of Art, and Hickory Museum of Art.
