How To Build A Ladder For A Loft | Shed Build Part 17

I built this wooden loft ladder for my studio shed build. This is a very sturdy ladder that hooks onto the loft using 3/4 black pipe. This is not too difficult to build if you have some basic power tools. I used pine 2x6s for the rails and Oak 1x6s for the rungs. This is similar to a library ladder except that it does not roll from side to side. This would be perfect for a tiny house or a loft in a converted shed or garage.
