Mars in 7th house - Using it for successful relationships

Mars in the 1st and 7th axis as well as in 2nd, 4th, 8th and 12th where if Mars condition is compromised then it can cause disharmony in marriage, family and relationships with others. I feel this is not always the case if the ascendant and/or ascendant lord is strong, Mars is in good dignity, age of the person, Jupiter is strong, Saturn is aspecting or another benefic like Moon or Venus.
