I discovered that the problem is not the bulbs but the headlights manufactured by GM. I went all out, I bought a set of new headlights, fog light kit and LED bulbs. I spent 4 + hrs in the garage (and run out of batteries to record everything), but I made it. The final result is much better than I expected. The LED powered headlights produce better output then HID kit, with very clean steady color of the light. See your self.
