Mental hospital 4 speedrun WR? (15:46)

This is what I consider to be the new world record on this game, the fastest I found was 17:32. I know this game is old and No longer has as much interest as it did, also noticed I messed up on quite a few things that cost me quite a bit of time. Also a glitch occurred at the end that made the screen very blurry. Sorry to those who saw that All Background songs , sound effects etc. All credit goes to their respective owners.
