In Vitro Cell Viability by the Lactate Dehydrogenase Assay LDH 2
In this experiment we will determine the activity of the cytoplasmic enzyme lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) released by damaged cells after exposure to the geometric concentration of different nano particles.
