Tailbait - Eigenbau mit beweglichem Schwanz DIY

In this video, I demonstrate all the steps necessary to create a good tailbait. From the initial piece of wood to the finished DIY tailbait, I show you exactly how to properly balance the lure for pike. The homemade lure is carved from a single piece of abachi wood. I use lead weights for balancing, and the eyelets are made from twisted stainless steel wire. These are also handmade. As with my homemade crankbaits and jerkbaits, epoxy resin is used to coat the lure. The eyelets are glued in place with 5-minute epoxy. This video also features realistic-looking fish eyes used in the construction of the tailbait. The glass cabochon fisheyes look great on predator lures, such as homemade crankbaits, jerkbaits, and tailbaits. These eyes are also handmade.
