Analyzing a Roof with the DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise Thermal Drone - 2026

I was asked by a local roofing company to do a thermal scan of a mid-size commercial building. The roof is 40 years old and has many known leaks. I was asked to focus on the entrance and front of the building. Using the data from the photos along with the DJI Thermal Analysis 3 tool, the goal was to assist the roofing company with providing information to the building owner that the roof should be replaced.
