The Conversation Begins

Service design is shifting. The context around it is shifting. And for many people working in and around the field, the harder question is no longer only “what is changing?” It is: Where do I fit now? On Thursday, 18 June at 19h00 CET, we are premiering a conversation with Itziar Pobes, Event Director of Service Design Disrupted, hosted by Werner Puchert. This is not a standard event announcement. It is a conversation about why the event exists, why this moment feels unstable for service design and adjacent disciplines, and why we are designing the event as something people participate in, not simply consume. We talk about the manifesto behind Service Design Disrupted, the forces reshaping the field, and the role each of us chooses to play within that shift.
