"Maailmanloppu" delves into the themes of personal loss and the impending horizon of destruction. Loss feels like the end of the world, and vice versa. Significant upheavals force us to reconsider what is essential and what is not — our priority lists need rewriting. “In a world where the only certainty is that everything will change”, VIMMA reflects, "What can we lean on?" "I escaped to the Helsinki Central Park when there was no better forest available. There, I was filled with a strange sense of certainty, a clarity that comes after making a decision. It was like Ashitaka in Hayao Miyazaki's Princess Mononoke when he touches his first wound. It was from this feeling that I composed the melodies of the song.
