First, a recent test in Turkey demonstrated the M-346 aircraft's ability to control the Bayraktar KIZILELMA stealth combat drone under the K-SWARM program. The drone successfully received various commands ranging from flight formations, tactical maneuvers, to autonomous operations based on artificial intelligence. At some point, the M-346 pilot was reportedly able to take full control of the KIZILELMA. Interestingly, Indonesia is currently linked to acquiring both the M-346 aircraft and the KIZILELMA combat drone. The second news comes from Italy. Foreign defense media reports that the DRASS company has signed an official contract with Indonesia for the construction of two DGK submarines. If this information is true, Indonesia will become the world's first operator of DGK submarines. The DGK is a compact diesel-electric submarine designed for operations in shallow waters and island regions. With the capability to carry heavy torpedoes, sea mines, underwater drones, and even special forces, this submarine is considered highly suited to Indonesia's geographical characteristics, which consist of thousands of islands and strategic sea lanes.
