I Won't Last A Day Without You (Carpenters) Piano Cover- Dr Patrick Ang

It’s been a year since my last piano recording due to my house moving. I’ve always been a big Carpenters fan. So I decide to start by doing a few more recordings of my favorite songs from this dynamic duo. This song was the fifth and final single from the album A Song For You released in 1972. It was originally intended only as an album track; In fact they had already released 2 singles from their next album Now and Then in 1973 (Sing and Yesterday Once More). During 1974 the Carpenters found themselves with a busy touring schedule, which kept them from working on new material. As a result, they had no album issued, but decided to choose this song for single release. It reached No 11 in the Billboard Chart and No 1 in Billboard Adult Contemporary Chart.
