#RESCATE - Et sap greu | La2

During one of the worst storms to hit Mallorca, two expert canyoners descended the Na Mora torrent, which was running high. One of them disappeared in one of the last pools. His companion called for help. Firefighters, mountain rescue teams, and diving groups joined the search. They worked quickly and as a team. Every minute was vital for the missing man. But the wind, the storm, and the raging water hampered the rescue efforts and endangered all the rescuers. The water rushing down the ravine collided with the waves of the sea that crashed in with force. As the hours and days passed, the storm continued, and moving through the ravine became an extremely risky undertaking. Even so, the search by land, sea, and air continued. And the methods employed were expanded. Meanwhile, in Benasque, two calls for help came in from two people missing in different parts of the Pyrenees. The rescue team swept the areas with a helicopter, searching every corner.
