Link Worker Role | Social Prescribing Pilot for Individuals Living with Lupus
Researchers at the University of Waterloo, in collaboration with Lupus Canada, are recruiting individuals living with lupus in Ontario to serve as Link Workers in a new Social Prescribing Pilot for Individuals Living with Lupus. Link Workers play an important role in supporting participants throughout the pilot by helping them identify wellbeing goals, connect with community resources, and explore activities that may support their overall wellbeing.
