Fiesta Sorpresa 🥳 No quiero hacer amigos | Último día de clases

Today we threw Gera a surprise birthday party, and we also experienced the kids' last day of school here in Michigan. These goodbyes hit me so hard, I didn't expect. And yes, I confess I don't want to make any more friends in Indianapolis, at least not right now. We started in the kitchen preparing the lemon charlotte Gera requested and a boxed cake with the kids (complete with the oil spill that almost ruined everything). Then came the birthday surprise when Gera arrived home and the kids greeted him with cake and sang "Las Mañanitas" (a traditional Mexican birthday song). I also shared how Emilia and José said goodbye to their classmates on their last day of school here in Michigan—those scenes were really hard to film.
