S1E44 - Nullarbor, Ciaguna, Madura, Eucla, Head of Bight, Penong, Pt Sinclair, Cactus Beach.

On to the Nullarbor. Our first overnight stop was the Blowholes at Caiguna. Lots of march flies were here 😒. The text stop was Madura, and we went to see the Madura caves, and we checked out the dingo fence. Eucla was our next stop but was delayed by 7 hours as the Eyre highway was closed due to a road train truck trailers being on fire. Spent 7 hours stopped on the highway 🙄. Once at Eucla, we walked out to the Old Telegraph Station and the Jetty, which was built in 1887 and was used by sail and steamships. The next day, we crossed into South Australia, and then we were off to the Head of Bight. We stopped off to see the Whale Watching Centre, no whales as too late in the season, but great views of the Bunda Cliffs. Our next stop along the Nullarbor was Cactus Beach at Point Sinclair, but on our way, we visited the Penong Windmill Museum. At Point Sinclair is Pink and Blue Lakes and the stunning Port Le Hunte Jetty area. Cactus Beach was an awesome place to stay. Then, finally on to Ceduna, after 7 nights on this never ending road ends our Nullarbor experience, which we both thoroughly enjoyed.
