Cleaning the Carb on a YFZ 450 Please subscribe to the Channel if you like the video!    / @the.odyssey   To Remove the Carb (carburetor) on the YFZ450 we start by removing the gas line, throttle cable, air boot clamp, intake clamp, and wires to the TPS. We loosen the airbox to ease with installation. Once the Carb is out we remove the float bowl and inspect and clean the main jet and pilot jet. After that we find a stuck needle valve which is not allowing fuel to enter the carb. We clean everything up, re-assemble and take the machine for a well deserved rip!
