Delicious Sourdough Pizza Crust W/ Freshly Milled Flour

Yet another recipe for you guys. I love using sourdough to ferment my freshly milled flour recipes. I have had a lot of joy creating and testing these recipes to share with you all. My Sourdough freshly milled pizza crust 113g (1/2 c) sourdough starter 158g (2/3 c) warm water 2tbsp oil 300g (2 1/2c) fresh milled flour (hard white/spelt) 1 tsp salt Dissolve starter in water and oil Add freshly milled flour and salt Cover and let sit overnight or about 8 hours Refrigerate if not ready to bake. Preheat cast iron pan in 450 degree oven. Roll out dough. Get heated pan from oven and transfer dough to hot pan. Add desired sauce and toppings. Bake in oven for 25-20 minutes
