RECIPE:- ●take ½KG regular Rice, ●wash it after wash keep for sunlight 2 hours make it dry, ●keep 2 liter water for boiling in steam vessel, ●blend rice like fragment, ●take plate apply some oil ( because after boiling easy to cut out) ● pour fragment rice on plate (example if plate 8 inch 8mm) spread it then add water should be same level top of rice(example if you add rice level 2mm you must put water 4mm on plate) ●Add salt for taste, top garnish with coconut powder. ●place 1 loaded plate on vessel, for 2nd 3rd 4th plate you must use any small sticks ( keep gap between) ●close steam vessel total boil it 30 minutes NOW READY TO SERVE ---------------------------------------------------- I have just made chutney to eat with paputtu , if you can eat with chicken curry it's very tasty (you can use any curry or chutney) i hope you like it, if you like place subscribe my channel thank you..🙏❤
