Due to his autism and savant syndrome, he was constantly excluded and marginalized from his environment. Since he has difficulty communicating, Ali only has two friends in his life. One is his brother, and the other is his rabbit. When he loses both of them at the same time, Ali makes only one wish: that people should not die. After his brother's death, his father abandons him and Ali grows up in an orphanage. Doctor Adil, who discovers Ali and his extraordinary medical abilities thanks to savant syndrome, takes care of him. Ali enrolls in medical school and graduates as the best student, and begins working as a surgical assistant in the hospital where Doctor Adil is the head physician. Although some people from the hospital administration think that Ali is not suitable for this job because of his illness, Doctor Adil supports him and gives him a chance. During his stay in the hospital, Ali will change everything around him.
