This lovely family, needed extra space as there children have grown into adults and wanted to utilise the garden to give an integrated yet private space for them over many years. We maximised The width of the garden and the 30 m² building control rule with this 7 x 4.2m combination room. With the garden store to the front left, the shower room with toilet and basin behind, with the main room housing a lounge, office and kitchenette plus a dining room table. Completed with no timber externally, giving extremely low maintenance and our 10 year full guarantee, this building has a 50 year life expectancy and is finished in our standard anthracite colour with matching UPVC doors and windows. This project was fully completed by the Bakers team, Including the base, electrics, heating, plumbing, Internet and app run lighting.
