The district of Cuscatancingo, once one of the areas most affected by gang violence, is undergoing a profound transformation and fostering a more harmonious community. Thanks to security strategies supported by the Legislative Assembly and the Communities Without Borders program promoted by its president, Ernesto Castro, areas formerly dominated by organized crime have been reclaimed to promote the development of children and youth through soccer schools like "Las Yayitas" in the Santa Clara neighborhood.
