Especially because you have to break them in! Unfortunately, the sole is the first to break and needs to be replaced. In some German army boots, the sole is made of a soft foam filling. This eventually detaches from the hard sole and needs to be glued. Since the upper part of the sole is sewn on, the sole cannot simply be replaced. We show you how to make a quick and easy repair.
