Chatyflex with extra heavy cream is especially good for chrysanthemums, daisies and other flowers, where you need to get a thinner edge of the petal. ⠀ 2. The flower made with frozen cream restored by heating only takes the 2nd place. It is as nearly as possible to the fresh cream. ⠀ 3. Frozen flower made with fresh cream and the flower made with defrosted cream plus gelatin take the 3rd place. These flowers are stiffer, they can be put onto the side of the cake or used as a base for complex compositions.
