In this Witt Etna review, I quickly realized how similar it was to the Everdure KILN pizza oven. After contacting the companies, I found out the two manufacturers worked together on the development but came out with their own designs. Pretty cool if you ask me! I love how you can fine-tune the gas burner real low to get a great 5-6 minute NY style pizza bake. The under-stone burner is very subtle - just enough to help keep it hot between bakes.
