Juan Carlos Calderon Bandolero From the LP "Juan Carlos Calderon Y Su Taller De Musica" Discos CBS 1974 Source: Original 1974 Spanish LP Vinyl release Transfering, remastering and equalizing done in 32-bit 96khz using RX Audio 8. Mix by Martin Martorell. Since I got the audio file while i was editing the video, i extended the song in the "easy way", but it works pretty well. The officially claimed "remastered version" of the track Bandolero released by Sony Music Spain in YouTube and Spotify goes faster, has very poor stereo separation and simply it doesn't make justice to the original LP. Definitely this is one of those situations when the original vinyl release sounds better than the digital release files because the transfer was done poorly with outdated equipment, or the source material they had lying around was very poor sounding to start. If you want the best sounding version of this album, definitely stick with the original Spanish LP Vinyl release. It sounds freakin' fantastic! I don't have the best audio equipment in the world (in fact it's more than 40 years old) and this record cost me 2 euros (around 2 dollars) in a flea market, but i've managed to get a much better and richer sounding version than the "official remastered" release by Sony lol Maybe one day i'll upload the full album in this quality if i really feel motivated.
