Range Report: Staccato C - The "All Purpose" 2011 Pistol?

In this Range Report, I get the chance to shoot and review a compact sized 2011 pistol from Staccato. This is touted by the makers as an "all purpose" firearm. It is small enough for CCW but robust and accurate enough for duty and home defense. Is this pistol like a Glock 19 in that it is a great compromise?
