Broken, also known as The Broken Movie, was a short horror film made in 1993 to promote the Nine Inch Nails EP of the same name. It contained music videos for songs off the Broken EP but it is more known for the extremely graphic content sprinkled throughout. Stylized as a snuff film, Broken is about a man being kidnapped and tortured while watching Nine Inch Nails videos. Very Family friendly stuff.
