Catarata Del Toro Waterfall in Bajos Del Toro, Costa Rica | Waterfall Hikes

There are tons of waterfalls near the mountain town of Bajos Del Toro, Costa Rica, but Catarata Del Toro is probably the biggest one with a 170 foot (82 meter) drop. The waterfall cascades down into a deep, lush gorge, creating a mesmerizing sight and an unforgettable experience. You have to pay to access the trail to the falls, but we thought it was worth it. You start out overlooking the falls and then can follow a trail and a ton of stairs to get down to the base of the waterfall.
