I took arrival and departure scenes at Ryūō Station on the Chūō Line. This above-ground station has two platforms and three tracks: one single platform and one island platform with two tracks, and the station building is characterized by its open-air design. The current station building opened for business on March 24, 2008, and both the station building and the north-south passage are made of glass, allowing for panoramic views of Mount Fuji from the east and the Southern Alps from the west on clear days. Most trains that stop at this station are local trains, and limited express trains pass through, but there are two round-trip ''Kaiji'' limited express trains that start and end at this station.
